Cabot Financial Group, a UK market leader in debt purchase, has been named Best Contact Centre, 51-249 Agents at the Contact Centre World Awards for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. The company will now go through — with the finalists from the Americas and Asia Pacific regional awards — to the World Final in Las Vegas in November to compete for the title of Best in World.
Entrants to the World Contact Centre Awards are first scrutinised by a panel of independent judges, with the top scoring candidates going through to the regional finals. Nominees then have to present to an industry audience at the awards, with delegates voting for a winner in each category. The scores of the delegates and the independent judges are then amalgamated in each region to produce three World finalists for each category.
Ken Maynard, Group Chief Executive of Cabot Financial Group, commented, “We are delighted to have been recognised as the Best Contact Centre for the EMEA region and to be going through to the prestigious World Final. With entries from more than 800 applicants worldwide, these awards are a true benchmark for quality in the contact centre industry. The strength of our contact centre is key to the continued success of our business and I am immensely proud of all employees at Cabot Financial for making this achievement possible.”
In addition to the Best Contact Centre 51-249 Agents award, Ken Maynard was also Highly Commended as Best Contact Centre Leader.
