MINNEAPOLIS – ACA will host its annual Fall Forum conference at the Westin Michigan Avenue Chicago, Nov. 10-12, 2010, where more than 30 industry experts will share their decades of combined experience with 250-300 credit, collection and asset buying professionals.
“If there was ever an appropriate time to attend ACA International’s Fall Forum, this is the year,” said Jim Christensen, chief executive officer, J.C. Christensen & Associates, Sartell, Minn. “With government-sponsored health care changes, FDCPA reform, TCPA restrictions and CFPA regulations on the horizon, don’t miss this opportunity to network and engage your fellow receivables management professionals in effective dialogue to survive and flourish in 2011.”
From hard-hitting topics on the issues most important to your business, to tips and trends to keep your business moving forward in the industry, you won’t want to miss this year’s premier Chicago event!
Attendees can choose from four educational tracks:
- Asset Buying – Covers new sources of funding, legal, accounting and business advice for asset buyers of all experience levels.
- Health Care Collections – Includes an update from one of the top providers in the industry.
- Collection Floor Management Seminar – Provides training on the methods of monitoring, coaching and measuring collector performance.
- Credit & Collection Compliance Officer (CCCO) Seminar – Training for compliance officers on how to make risk assessments and implement effective policies and procedures.
"Having attended several Fall Forum conferences, I can say with confidence that participants will gather a lot of new and up-to-the-minute information that they can use immediately in their businesses. I’ve never had an issue justifying the financial or time investments made to attend,” said ACA Executive Committee President-Elect Mark Neeb, president, The Affiliated Group in Rochester, Minn.
During the event, attendees will get the chance to network with more than 20 of ACA’s affiliate vendor members, who offer products and services catered to the industry.
ACA will “Bet on Ask Doctor Debt” for the ACA International Education Foundation special event the evening of Wednesday, Nov. 10, featuring Vegas-style games, a pizza buffet and hosted bar.
This year’s special dinner event will bring attendees to Mike Ditka’s Restaurant on Thursday evening, Nov. 11. Registration for the special events can be found on ACA’s website.
