StarTek, a business process outsourcing provider, reported fourth quarter revenues of $65.7 million, up 11 percent from the same period a year ago. Net income came in at $430,000, compared with $1.2 million in the fourth quarter of 2006

The company in the quarter opened a new office in Victoria, Texas, and announced the expansion of its office in Mansfield, Ohio.

For the year, StarTek had a net loss of $2.8 million compared to $5.8 million in 2006. Revenue in 2007 rose a little more than 3 percent to $245.3 million. CEO Larry Jones said in a statement that 2007 was a year of “operational transition and positioning for StarTek’s future growth and profitability.”

Denver-based StarTek operates 19 offices and contact centers in the U.S. and Canada.
