Array Services Group (Array) — a leader in Revenue Cycle, Accounts Receivable Management, and Call Center Solutions — today announced two executive changes, one in the group’s executive suite and one at ARM unit J.C. Christensen & Associates.
Charles Engebretson was recently named Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Array.
Engebretson, with 40 years of audit and financial services experience, has held various financial executive roles over the years. He began his career as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick, serving banking, insurance, and other financial services clients before moving to corporate executive roles.
Since 2000, he has served as Chief Financial Officer of the companies comprising Array. Engebretson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Luther College.
Array also announced that Ken Schoech, an industry leader with over 20 years of financial recovery experience, joined J.C. Christensen & Associates (JCC), an Array Services Group company, as Vice President, New Business Development.
Schoech spent 17 years with Citibank and Citibank legacy companies, such as Avco Financial, Associates Capital Bank, and TranSouth Financial, overseeing internal recovery operations and managing agencies. He served as Vice President of Auto Recovery for nine years managing and establishing operations in Auto Remarketing Sales and Reconditioning, Vendor Auditing, Bankruptcy, Repossession Management and Impound Processing.
“We are excited that Ken has joined our team,” said Matt Isaacson, Senior Vice President, Corporate Sales & Marketing. “He brings a lot of experience to the table and I know he’ll have an immediate impact on our overall success.”
Schoech also brings over 15 years of Debt Sales experience to his new position. He most recently worked at Professional Bureau of Collections (PBC); a Colorado based agency where he served as Vice President of Business Development.
“I am proud to join the JCC and Array team,” said Schoech. “I am very impressed with their operations and ethical approach to recovery.”
In his new role, Schoech will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships in the financial services industry.
