PR - Resource Management Services to Hold Agency Auditor Training Course

Resource Management Services, Inc. has scheduled a Spring session of their Agency Auditor Training Course for April 8 – 11, 2008. This course provides the attendee with an understanding of what should be included in any Vendor Operational review. The course covers audit philosophy, audit preparation and sampling, evaluating and identifying risk, developing work standards, and managing with the audit results.

Audit Areas focused on include activation, contact attempts, collector follow up, payment plans and remittance. A limited version of Resource Management Services, Inc. Outside Agency Audit Program software, OAAP Pro, is included for all attendees.
