Protocol Global Solutions Adding 400 Positions to Sarasota Customer Care Contact Center

NCO Group, Inc., a leading provider of business process outsourcing services, announced today that it will hire approximately 400 individuals in its Protocol Customer Management Contact Center located in Sarasota, Florida.  The hiring will coincide with a service opportunity for a new client.

Employment opportunities will largely include positions for Customer Care Associates, but will also include opportunities for team management, trainers, and other program specialist roles.  Most positions are full-time and offer a complete employment benefit package. Customer Care Associates will handle inbound inquiries from customers requiring administrative services and support.  Associates will apply and learn skills in customer support, data processing, and on-line business processing support services.
