RevQ RPCS 2008 Delivers New Features for Government Collections

Government agencies rely on RPCS to improve compliance with tax, court and other government-mandated obligations.  This solution helps streamline and organize methods for collecting outstanding accounts, including prioritizing accounts, automating payment plans and follow-ups at pre-determined intervals.  The latest release of RPCS features:

• Tax Intercept Header and Trailer Options for CDSS – Enhancements that support CDSS in providing a secure file transfer service to submit the tax intercept update file to the state through a secured web site

• DANTOM Systems Letter Outsourcing – Inclusion of DANTOM Systems as an option for letter outsourcing

• California DMV Module – An optional module for purchase that provides the capability to send holds and releases to the DMV on a set schedule so that holds can be placed and releases can be made electronically

• New Version of FTB/COD Module (California) – Updated version of module to meet the Franchise Tax Board’s most recent format changes and modifications for transmission to state agencies

• Standard Export with XML – Creating a standard export file that contains the Account, Fiscal, and Note data for a user selected set of accounts.  The user designates the location on the server, the selection criteria, and the required format: XML, CSV (comma separated values), tab delimited, or fixed length
