Empereon Marketing and Constar Financial Services (Empereon-Constar) announced today that the company continues to accelerate its growth creating a total of 350 new jobs in Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Pennsylvania.

“Overall, we see our growth as multi-dimensional and, as we continue to experience accelerated growth in our client base while extending our depth of services, we are also adding new markets and industries to our base operations,” explains Travis Bowley, CEO.  “Ultimately our progressive expansions enable us to effectively provide our clients with solutions that help them achieve their business goals.”

Empereon–Constar service offerings extend across the entire lifecycle of a consumer account from Sales, New Account Generation, Activation, Customer Care Solutions (billing, customer and tech support), Loan Processing, Loan Approval and Loan Servicing, Fraud and Risk Management, First Party Collections, and Third Party Loss Recovery. Now, ultimately completing the cycle with New Account Re-Generation, which is a revitalized new account, post charge off.

“The expansion will raise Empereon-Constar’s employment level in Coudersport, Pa., Denver, Las Cruces, N.M., and Phoenix (Corporate Office) to 1,400 employees by the end of Q3,” according to Steve Hayes, CFO. “The company plans to double capacity company-wide within the next three years as demand for services continues.  In order to achieve this goal, we have already made a significant investment in systems and infrastructure.”
