Executive Change: Southwest Credit Systems Welcomes Staff Attorney

Carrollton, Texas – Southwest Credit Systems, LP, a national leader in the receivables management industry, is proud to announce the recent addition of Katie Zugsay, Staff Attorney.

Ms. Zugsay joins Southwest Credit from the Dallas Law Firm of Jenkins & Watkins, PC. Prior to that, she worked several years at Bank of America, within their Leadership Development Division. She holds a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Communication (Magna Cum Laude) from Dallas Baptist University and a Juris Doctor from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.

In her current role, she will represent Southwest Credit as Legal Counsel and also company Compliance Officer, ensure SWC compliance with all State and Federal industry regulations. She will be responsible for managing and preserving our relationship with various State Attorneys General and regulatory agencies. Finally, she will identify and report on industry trends against which SWC can strategically align future methodologies and training efforts.
