Salt Lake City — IAT announces that Account Control Bureau, Inc. (ACB), has seen dramatic revenue increases in 2008 and thus far in 2009 by using IAT’s CT Center Predictive Dialer and IVR Messaging.
ACB, a 10-agent collection agency in Shreveport, LA, collects mainly medical debt. Since installing CT Center at the end of 2007, the company has continued to increase collections revenue, despite the slower economy. In 2009, ACB has already exceeded last year’s collections three of the last four months.
“We installed the dialer at the right time,” Richard Dancy, ACB president, said. “Even in a poor economy, we’re still growing, and I believe it’s because of the CT Center dialer. In a poor economy you need to add more agents to collect more money, but you can’t because you can’t afford it. The dialer gives you that needed coverage. I’ve been very happy with our choice. IAT focuses on collections and their system is more geared toward our industry.”
IAT, a Utah-based dialing technology company, caters exclusively to the collections industry. CT Center, IAT’s site-premised product, combines both Predictive Dialing (PD) and Interactive Communications (IC) modules on a single Windows®-based platform. Dancy uses both PD and IC (IVR Messaging) in his collection process. He says the ability to frequently leave IVR messages with debtors greatly contributes to his collecting success.
“We’re leaving messages constantly,” Dancy said. “You can’t contact all your accounts each month with a small agency, even if your agents are on the dialer talking a lot. And you can’t just keep adding more agents. That’s where IC becomes such an asset.”
IAT provides both site-premised and hosted dialing solutions for both predictive dialing and IVR Messaging. The company continuously educates agencies on how dialing technology will benefit their company. “Dialing technology gives agencies a way to contact thousands of accounts a day with limited staff,” Ray Fowler, IAT National Sales Manager, said. “We’re thrilled to provide companies like ACB with the technology they need to increase collections in a less-than-perfect collecting atmosphere.”
