KM² Solutions, the award winning contact center services provider, is excited to announce the addition of its fifth contact center to its portfolio of multi-channel service centers.  The KM2 Dominican Republic center will support clients with bilingual language capabilities for voice, chat, email, text, and mobile services.

The center formally launched in May 2014 with programs supporting a major international financial services client. For this enabling client, KM2 will be providing a wide variety of support services.
