Executive Change: TRAKAmerica Names Vincent Iacono COO

TRAKAmerica, the top performing legal network management company, announced today that Vincent Iacono has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Iacono, a former senior Bank of America Recovery and Risk Operations executive, will have on-going responsibility for all TRAKAmerica operations, reporting to Co-Presidents Tom Milana and Tom Dalessandro. “We are thrilled to have a person with Vinnie’s talent and track record join our company,” said CEO Thomas Milana. “With continuing growth comes an increasingly complex operating environment and Vinnie brings us the operating ability and experience that will ensure we continue to deliver for our clients as we continue to scale our company. ”

Prior to joining TRAKAmerica Mr. Iacono was the Agency, Legal and Asset Sale Executive for the Recovery and Risk Operations Division of Bank of America. He was responsible for managing the Bank’s domestic post charge off collection agencies, legal firms, and asset sales as well as defense matters and line of business supply chain management. Additionally, he led the efforts of the bank’s United Kingdom recovery operations. Mr. Iacono began his career at MBNA America in the Consumer Card collection department after graduation from the University of Delaware. While at MBNA he held increasingly senior positions in the Credit Collection and Recovery organizations prior to the company’s acquisition by Bank of America.
