IAT announced that Recovery Services of America (RSA), a results-oriented recovery resource for debt collections, has chosen CT Center as their new Predictive Dialing solution. RSA fills a niche for being “big enough to handle any placements but small enough to care.” They are known for handling collections with compassion, and for treating all clients, no matter how large or how small, as key clients. Located in Farmers Branch, Texas, they are actively involved in community affairs and have clients throughout the U.S.

While working for another collection agency, RSA Chief Operations Officer, James Hawkins, became familiar with IAT’s legacy dialer, SmartDial, and more recently with CT Center. After joining RSA, he determined that they needed to replace their existing dialer. They have a large number of clients, and he wanted a platform that would give each one the penetration and the collector contact they expect. Hawkins is excited to be back with IAT and the CT Center platform.
