Enterprise Recovery Systems, Inc.® (ERS®) is pleased to announce a new hire to the ERS Contact Center Solutions division.

Doug Hendrickson was recently hired to fill the newly created Director, Default Management Services position in the ERS Contact Center Solutions division. Doug joins the organization with an impressive 10+ years of default & prevention management in addition to his 20+ years in the student loan arena. Doug will provide leadership and assistance in the marketing of ERS’ Default Management Services.

During his career, Doug has served at the management level of VeriFacts, Inc., TRAKAmerica, Dominion Recovery Solutions, Inc., West Asset Management, ECMC and the Virginia State Education Assistance Authority.

ERS is eager to leverage Doug’s strong Cohort Default Rate Management experience.
