Executive Change: Mark Prince to FirstPoint Collection Resources as SVP and COO

Greensboro, N.C. — FirstPoint, Inc. announces that  G. Mark Prince has joined the executive staff as Sr. Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of FirstPoint Collection Resources, Inc.  Mark will be responsible for establishing corporate strategic direction and managing day-to-day activities of the business unit.

Prince is a native of Wilmington, NC and a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in healthcare accounts receivables management as well as physician group management.  Prior to joining FirstPoint, he held a senior level position with MedQuest, a subsidiary of Novant Healthcare in the billing and collections area.

Mark has been actively involved in numerous professional organizations including Healthcare Financial Managers Association (William G. Follmer merit award recipient), Medical Group Managers Association, American Collectors Association, American College of Emergency Physicians, and American Society of Anesthesiology.  He has served on the Board of Directors for an array of corporate and charitable organizations.  He is also actively involved in coaching youth sporting activities.

Mark earned a B.S. Degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from East Carolina University.
