, the leading credit risk management company in the Middle East and Africa region, has expanded their Middle East personnel to include credit risk professionals Tomasz Chyrek and Fadi Jaber.

The increase in demand for locally based credit risk management expertise and solutions have again made it necessary for PIC Solutions to grow its staff in the ME region. As the PIC client base is growing rapidly, the appointments will ensure that delivery of products and services is of a consistently high standard.

Tomasz Chyrek, Risk Consultant
Tomasz hails from Warsaw, and has extensive experience in credit and risk management. Prior to joining PIC Solutions, Tomasz worked at Citibank Poland as Credit Cards Collections Director in a technologically advanced collections operation, using TRIAD, behaviour and recovery scores, predictive dialler technology and other collections tools. Tomasz holds a Masters of Sciences degree in Management and Marketing from the University of Warsaw.

Fadi Jaber, Relationship Manager
Fadi is Jordanian and previously managed key clients dealing in the Financial Applications, Compliance and Security as well as Outsourcing and Software Development sectors for Eastern Networks (EastNets) based in Dubai. He has a Bachelors degree in Engineering from the Oklahoma State University. Fadi will focus on the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan and Lebanon.

Operating out of the PIC Solutions office in Dubai Media City, their expertise will further increase PIC Solutions capacity to deliver turnkey credit risk management solutions to clients in the Middle East.
