Company Chief Operating Officer John Mousheghian has expanded the EPP Client Services department to meet the needs of the Company’s rapidly expanding customer base as well as accommodating future expansion. In addition to its customer-service commitment, the company has adopted a rapid growth strategy for 2008, promoting company Marketing Director, Justin Gray to the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing and adding additional sales staff.
This year, 2007, has been a tremendous one for EPP and our clients,” said Scott McCollum, President of EPP. “Our business model is one that focuses on managing payments more effectively through our partnerships with top industry software and telephone providers. A great deal of buzz surrounds electronic payments, but at the end of the day if you’re not simplifying a process, it doesn’t make much sense. Our clients enjoy the fact that we make things like posting and NSF management easy for their employees, and that kind of service has led to our success.”
