As CDI’s 25th Anniversary Year of 2010 starts to wind down, the commercial collection agency was very happy to have so many of their clients participate in its charitable program which was instituted to give something back during these difficult economic times as well as recognize their silver anniversary of doing business.
Elk Grove Village, Ill. — Instituted during the company’s Silver Anniversary in 2010, CDI developed a program to give back to the community through an initiative that included both the agency’s clients along with CDI’s staff who helped research and select the various charities which would receive the contributions.
The plan was simple. CDI would make a contribution to a charity that is selected by the client’s company whose claim is selected to receive the contribution in a monthly drawing. Clients selected from a list of those organizations that were researched as being some of the best in their categories. Covering a wide variety of causes ranging from Children, World Relief, Education, Health Care, Veterans and Animals; these charities are assisting those in need in our communities and around the world.
“Living in a time when so many worthwhile charities and the causes they support are facing indescribable daily challenges due to the economy and natural disasters, it is sometimes difficult to fathom the volume of need that exists in the world,” stated company President, Lou Figueroa. CDI continues to recognize this need and is grateful for the support and enthusiasm of its clientele in selecting the recipients.
Because its success that was whole-heartedly supported by clients of Credit Decisions International, Ltd., the agency will continue to donate $25 for every 25th claim placed in an on-going basis. Those companies placing the business will be making the selection where the donation will be sent from the following list of accredited and responsible charitable organizations:
American Cancer Society, American Lung Association, American Red Cross, ASPCA, Disabled American Veterans, Doctors Without Borders, Kids In Need Foundation, Make A Wish Foundation, Purple Heart Foundation, Reading Is Fundamental, Ronald McDonald House, Save the Children, Salvation Army and the World Wildlife Fund
