Jesse Riddle and Manny Newburger To Reprise a Great Debate at Debt Connection Symposium & Expo 2009

Santa Fe Springs, CA – Resource Management Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Jessie Riddle, Founder and Principle of Riddle & Associates, and Manny Newburger, President of Barron, Newburger, Sinsley & Wier, PLLC, will once again be debating at the upcoming Debt Connection Symposium & Expo (DCS), in September.

Mr. Newburger and Mr. Riddle created quite a buzz when they debated appropriate responses to FDCPA lawsuits at DCS two years ago. Mr. Riddle represents numerous financial institutions and other businesses and is a nationally-recognized expert on the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Mr. Newburger provides training and management consulting services to the collection industry and is the principal author of Fair Debt Collection Practices: Federal and State Law and Regulation (Sheshunoff & Pratt).

The Great Debates are one popular program feature to return to the annual Debt Connection Symposium, to be held September 15 – 18, 2009, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. As in prior Debt Connection Symposium events, DCS 2009 will also include “Featured Company Meetings,” where designated companies will be holding vendor management meetings and new vendor orientation sessions. Popular networking events, such as the DCS Speed Networking Opening, are also on the program.

New at the conference this year will be an area for Technology Solutions Product demonstrations, where attendees can compare and contrast competitors and find out what product solutions are available in today’s market. The traditional Wednesday night special event is not a Black Tie Charity Gala this year, but will be a tribute to America’s only tropical rain forest with a Rainforest Festival and Poolside Dinner. The El Yunque National Forest on the island of Puerto Rico is the only tropical rain forest in the U.S. National Forest System.
