She brings to the organization, outstanding leadership skills and a background that includes six sigma certification. Crews, formerly the president and CEO of an award-winning national collection agency, brings 20 years of industry knowledge and success to lead the operational management team, while continuing to assist with business development. Anthony Nuzzo, Jr. will head up Crown’s financial group, utilizing expertise gained through more than 19 years of financial services experience Mr. Nuzzo’s experience includes ownership of a full-service accounting and consulting firm, as well as shared ownership of a leading consumer agency.
