PR - RevQ Delivers New and Enhanced Features for Government Collections

RevQ, a software and consulting company providing technology for revenue recovery to the government sector, last week announced the release of RPCS 2007, its solution for improving government agency collection efforts. 

Government agencies rely on RPCS to improve compliance with tax, court and other government-mandated obligations.  This solution helps streamline and organize methods for collecting outstanding accounts including prioritizing accounts, automating payment plans and follow-ups at pre-determined intervals.  The latest release of RPCS features:

• ODBC Connectivity: Enables ODBC compliant software to directly access the RPCS database for data warehousing, reporting, metrics, and other business related functions.

• Data Flow Manager: Supports files that include multiple record types, fixed length files, and client specific headers.

• Standard Export: Creates standard export file that contains the Account, Fiscal, and Note data for a user selected set of accounts. 

• Telephony: Integrates interactive messaging as part of daily collection efforts to achieve maximum outcome.

The newest release also includes Tax Intercept Report, which can now be printed, viewed or sent to file on screen for reviewing and validating intercept account data, as well as distribution enhancements that include new tiers for the proration of fees and fines.
