Colleen Kynard is executive vice president, customer care, and serves on the management committee.
As executive vice president, Kynard is responsible for managing all customer care divisions to include all consumer and retail clients for TS1 and TS2, client support functions and the Help Desk. A customer advocate, Kynard works closely with all clients’ senior executive leaders to understand their strategic initiatives and business plans.
A TSYS employee since 1985, Kynard has held numerous managerial positions with the company, including managing of the Statement Production and Card Production divisions. These divisions are responsible for printing, zip sorting, and mailing all cardholder statements for all TSYS customers.
Prior to joining TSYS, Kynard worked at Columbus Bank and Trust (CB&T) which she joined in 1970 and held many positions in the Operations division as well as working with all the CB&T affiliate banks.
Kynard attended Columbus State University and the Chattahoochee Valley Community College, has received numerous American Institute of Banking Certificates, and she has also attended the Fuqua School of Business Education at Duke University.
