Executive Bio: Scott J. Tsanos

Scott J. Tsanos was appointed Vice President and CFO of AMO in February 2001 and has been a member of the Board of Directors since February 2003. Mr. Tsanos has experience leading companies through initial public offerings and multiple acquisition strategies. At AMO, he has been primarily responsible for the development and implementation of a cost effective model for integrating the company’s operating units, including consolidation of the financial systems of these formerly separate enterprises in order to streamline and maximize operational efficiency, and to ensure delivery of consistent and truly exceptional customer service.

Mr. Tsanos has 27 years of accounting and financial experience, beginning at Deloitte & Touche LLP, and including Senior Executive positions at several high profile companies such as Sybra, Inc. (a $100 Million fast food franchisee), Camberley Associates in the hospitality industry, and the Transit Group (a $500 Million publicly held consolidator of transportation companies).
