Combating what experts now call “Healthcare’s Perfect Storm,” Ontario’s strategic seminars give financial managers and others new insight on weathering this “storm,” considering the convergent philosophical, economic, political, and operational forces, which now challenge operating revenue and profits.

Renowned health care technology visionary and author, Wil Davis of Ontario Systems, launches the series February 26, coaching executives and providers on business leadership skills, including how to sustain balance sheets. The eight-part series continues every month until Fall 2009 with the series concluding on “Management by Exception,” which helps participants to identify new ways to reduce costs and increase efficiency by touching only accounts that present exceptions to business rules and processes.
