Levy & Associates, LLC, a comprehensive collection law firm, based in Columbus, Ohio, announced today that Denise Brooks has joined the law firm as Director of Collections and Client Services. Ms. Brooks, a former Discover Financial Services recovery and legal executive brings over 20 years of collection and call center experience and will oversee all collection and client service operations and initiatives.

Ms Brooks will report directly to managing and founding partner Yale Levy, who comments, “We are thrilled to have Denise’s talent and experience join our company. Prior to joining Levy & Associates LLC, Denise Brooks was part of the management team in the Recovery Department for Discover Financial Services LLC. Denise brings with her an abundance of experience as she managed top performing teams in Collections, Fraud Investigations and most recently the Attorney Network Department.
