ZirMed Achieves PCI-DSS 1.2 Compliance, Assuring Highest Credit/Debit Card Industry Security Standards

Louisville, KY – ZirMed, a nationally renowned revenue cycle management company, today announced that its credit card and debit card payment systems, part of its patient payment services, have met the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard v.1.2 (PCI DSS).  This comprehensive worldwide security standard consists of technical and operational requirements created to help organizations that store, process, or transmit card payments prevent credit card fraud, hacking, and various other security vulnerabilities and threats.
