Executive Change: Bruce Gray Joins Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, LLC as President

Buffalo, NY – Mercantile Adjustment Bureau, one of the ARM Industry’s fastest growing collection agencies, is pleased to announce the addition of Bruce Gray to their executive management team. Gray will serve as the Company’s President.  Bringing 30 years of diverse and broad experience to the Mercantile Team, he possesses solid and broad-based knowledge of the industry from both the creditor and third-party sides of the business.  During his tenure on the banking side of the business Gray held leadership positions within the collection and recovery operations of Citibank, First Card Services and Fleet Boston. His third-party background includes running the operations of some well known collection agencies. Gray most recently served as the President and CEO of Creditors Interchange Receivable Management.

Gray’s appreciation and hands-on experience for ensuring the achievement of client partners’ objectives and his successes with building large scale multi-functional operations will enable him to immediately contribute toward the continued growth and expansion of Mercantile.  In joining Mercantile, Gray commented “It all starts with your client partners, your collectors and those who manage and support them.
