Fidelis Recoveries Co-Founder John McNamara Receives Kurt Swersky Award from ACA

MARIETTA, GA. — Fidelis Recovery Solutions, Inc., a leading third-party contingency collection agency based in Marietta, Ga., has announced that company Co-Founder John McNamara was awarded the industry’s Kurt Swersky Award at the ACA International’s annual Leadership Symposium in January.

McNamara has spent nearly three decades in the credit and collections industry, starting as a bill collector. He is formerly the Chief Operating Officer for Asset Management Outsourcing Inc.; SVP of Operations for Nationwide Credit/ACB; and VP of Operations for United Recovery Systems, LP. He has led compliance and training initiatives and is now a frequent author, speaker and consultant in the industry. John is also currently the Chief Marketing Officer for LiveVox Inc., the leading hosted dialing services provider for billing and collections firms.

Created posthumously in 1991, the award honors Kurt Swersky. Each year, attendees of the Leadership Symposium vote on the participant who demonstrates characteristics such as attitude, leadership and dedication to the ACA and the collection industry.
