SearchMyLoan.com (SML), a provider of loan search and pricing services for the mortgage industry, has formed alliances with four credit reporting agencies including San Jose, Calif.-based Statewide Credit Services; Van Nuys, Calif.-based Credit Service Company; Overland Park, Kan.-based Royal Mortgage Credit Reporting and Springfield, Mass.-based Strategic Information Resources, Inc.

Each credit reporting agency’s database of credit reports is integrated into SML’s loan search and pricing engine. By utilizing the SML search engine, loan originators can match loan products to the guidelines of multiple lenders.

"It is critical to incorporate the services of credit agencies into any loan search in order to ensure a higher level of accuracy and provide users with the most appropriate loan options to fit their specific needs," said Salvatore Tomaselli, CEO of SearchMyLoan.com.

SearchMyLoan.com’s platform is a loan search engine providing comprehensive search and pricing for every loan type, such as A-paper, ALT-A and sub prime loans. Other credit bureaus SML recently partnered with include Wilton Manors, Fla.-based Prestige Credit Services, New York-based Sterling Credit Screening and Spokane, Wash.-based ACRAnet.
