MSB Signs Collection Contract with Hamilton, Ohio

Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is pleased to announce they have entered a collections outsourcing agreement with the City of Hamilton, Ohio.

“We welcome the addition of Hamilton to our growing list of Ohio clients and look forward to collecting on their behalf,” said Patrick J. Swanick, MSB’s Chief Executive Officer.

“We evaluated several proposals and MSB came out on top,” said John Hoskinson, Purchaser for the City. Hamilton wanted an agency like MSB with advanced technology and current practices in place. MSB will be utilized for the collection of city debts including utility, tax, and miscellaneous receivables.
