Executive Change: Bureau of Collection Recovery Promotes Mark Neill to President and Chief Operations Officer

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — Bureau of Collection Recovery, LLC (BCR) today announced the promotion of Mark Neill to President and Chief Operations Officer.

Mark Neill has been with BCR for 16 years and has over 20 years industry experience. In his new position as President and Chief Operations Officer, Mark Neill will preside over BCR’s expansion into the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) Industry.
