Government agencies rely on RPCS to improve compliance with tax, court and other government-mandated financial obligations. The 2009 release delivers on-demand ACH and real time credit card payment processing that offers government clients additional options to meet their electronic payment service needs. The release also offers integration with the Revenue Results Call Manager including the Revenue Results Predictive dialer and Personalized Voice messaging to enhance automation of dialing and greatly increase right-party contacts on the first try.

Some of the latest features and enhancements to RCPS 2009 include: 

  • Real-time integration for electronic payments to help accelerate collections of credit card and ACH payments, increasing the percentage of payments received, and eliminating manual payment postings.
  • Call Management capabilities, including the integration of the new Revenue Results Call Manager allowing collectors to experience shorter wait times and handle more calls in less time with more right party contacts – increasing overall productivity and revenue while reducing operational costs.

  • Enhanced Account Flow Manager offering agencies the flexibility to create and monitor Side Strategies
  • Tax Intercept Enhancement to include or exclude post dated check plans similar to payment plans and FTBCOD updated to support the Franchise Tax Board’s new system
