Call center furniture manufacturer and ACA International affiliate member Interior Concepts has won a 2010 TMC Labs Innovation Award from Customer Interaction Solutions magazine, Technology Marketing Corporation’s print publication focused on the call center and CRM industries. Customer Interaction Solutions covers CRM, call centers and teleservices.

The TMC Labs Innovation Awards honor products that demonstrate raw innovation, unique features and significant contributions toward improving communications technology. Interior Concepts won the award in large part due to its use of ICE Software to create an interactive quoting and design program capable of presenting custom call center and office furniture products in an understandable way to clients.

"These winners have proven to the staff of TMC Labs that their product or service is truly innovative in the CRM and call center industries. New companies, new products and new services in the CRM and call center industry are being created all the time. This award distinguishes the companies that make significant contributions in the advancement of this industry," said Rich Tehrani, CEO of TMC.

In May 2010, Interior Concepts was also named Progressive Manufacturer of the Year for a Small Company at the sixth annual Progressive Manufacturing 100 Awards. The awards, organized by Managing Automation Media, recognize outstanding innovation.
