Executive Change: John O?Shea to ICT as EVP of Collections Subsidiary

NEWTOWN, PA — ICT GROUP, INC., a leading global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing solutions, today announced that it has appointed John O’Shea Executive Vice President of ICT Accounts Receivable Management, Inc., the Company’s subsidiary providing first party collections services for clients/prospects within the financial services, telecommunications, healthcare and government markets.

Mr. O’Shea, 47, is an established accounts receivables management (ARM) industry professional, bringing more than 20 years of sales, operations and client services management expertise in banking, auto finance, energy, retail and healthcare servicing to this new post.

In this new position, Mr. O’Shea is responsible for leading the Company’s sales and business development initiatives, helping to expand its early stage collections presence and market share as clients/prospects increasingly look to recover more debt, quickly and cost-effectively. Leveraging his ARM expertise, Mr. O’Shea will oversee and help ensure the implementation of collections industry best practices across the entire ICT Accounts Receivable Management operation.

Before joining ICT GROUP, Mr. O’Shea served as Executive Vice President, AllianceOne, where he was responsible for overseeing the sales, customer service and operations functions of that company’s financial services clients, which included credit card issuers, automakers and major retailers. Previously, Mr. O’Shea served as Senior Vice President, and President, for TRIADvantage Credit (GMAC-RFC), where he was responsible for leading their sales and marketing, customer care and non-mortgage debt purchasing initiatives. Mr. O’Shea was also previously a founder and co-owner of Triad Financial Services in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Mr. O’Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota. He is a member of the American Collectors Association, Commercial Law League, Debt Buyer’s Association and International Collections Group.
