He has more than 20 years in Business Development and Account Management leadership roles, consulting on potential BPO initiatives leading to increased financial and operational performance. He develops, manages and grows outsourcing partnerships with Blue Chip brands, helping clients cost effectively deliver superior customer care, AR solutions and KPIs with touch points throughout the entire lifecycle of their customer bases.
